    Hi,

    I'm a student journalist at New York University covering the NYC gay community for a class. For my next article, I am focusing on the four openly gay candidates running for public office. I would like to speak to someone at Lambda Independent Democrats about the impact the election of these four candidates (if they are all elected) will have on gay people in NYC and policy focused on gay rights. I tried calling the number from this website: http://www.lidbrooklyn.org/, but it was disconnected.
